Rules
Waiver
All persons entering Pueblo Motorsports Park are required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement Form provided by the FAASST Motorsports. This applies to all participants, spectators, event organizers, visitors, solicitors, volunteers, vendors, or any other individuals entering the facility for any reason.
Mutual Respect
Pueblo Motorsports Park insists that all individuals show respect to each other while on the premises. Any and all unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. All conduct deemed by FAASST Motorsports to be unsportsmanlike or otherwise inappropriate could result in removal from the facility.
Picnic Areas
Visitors are welcome to use designated picnic areas; however, we ask that you please not move any picnic tables from their location.
Overnight Camping
Pueblo Motorsports Park allows overnight camping in designated areas. We ask that you please observe all park rules while staying overnight. No electrical services are available for camping at this time.
Curfew
Pueblo Motorsports Park expects all campers, participants, and guests to observe a curfew between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. The only exception is during organized evening drag events, at which time curfew begins one hour following the end of the event.
Parking
No parking is permitted anywhere on the road course or drag strip. Parking is allowed in the pit / paddock area only. On scheduled drag race event days, please do NOT park in pit areas that are marked "reserved".
Children in the Park
Pueblo Motorsports Park fosters a family oriented environment and encourages children to attend all functions and events. However, it is solely the parent’s responsibility to assure the safety of their children and compliance of all park rules. Many areas within the facility are not supervised; therefore, children should be accompanied by an adult.
Photography
Pueblo Motorsports Park encourages photo opportunities; however, all photographers must obtain authorized access from FAASST Motorsports before entering or working at the facility. Any variance from authorized areas without permission may be considered a safety hazard and may result in ejection from the facility.
Restroom / Shower Facilities
Customers of Pueblo Motorsports Park are welcome to use all restroom and shower facilities. We ask that you please respect the facilities and refrain from causing damages, as well as respect others while using the facilities at all times. Damages to the facilities may result in your being ejected and/or denied access in the future.
Underage Drinking or Illegal Drug Use
Pueblo Motorsports Park will not tolerate the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors or the use of illegal drugs under any circumstances. The Pueblo Police Department will be called immediately if underage drinking or illegal drug use is suspected.
NSF Fees
Any check returned to FAASST Motorsports for non-sufficient funds (NSF) will be assessed a $25 fee. Access to Pueblo Motorsports Park facilities will be denied until full payment, including the NSF fee, has been received in the form of cash, money order, or certified funds.
